These Terms govern your use of Mesioye Exclusives (“we,” “us”) — the courses, cohorts, mentorship programs, and tools sold on this site. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. What you're buying
Each product page states exactly what’s included — a self-paced course, a date-bound cohort, 1:1/small-group mentorship, or a tool. Cohort dates, seat caps, and drip-release schedules (if any) are shown on the product page before you pay.
2. Payment
Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card details — Paystack handles that directly. Prices are shown in the currency listed on the product page.
3. Your account and access
Your account is for your personal use only and may not be shared. For security, an account can have at most 2 trusted devices logged in at a time; a 3rd device is blocked until you contact us at support@mesioyexclusives.com to free up a slot. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, including sharing login credentials or attempting to record, download, or redistribute course video.
4. Intellectual property
All course content, video, materials, and tools remain the intellectual property of Mesioye Exclusives (or its licensors). Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access it — it does not transfer ownership, and you may not copy, resell, publicly share, or use it to create a competing product.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
Courses, cohorts, mentorship, and tools are educational/informational products. We don’t guarantee specific results (income, job offers, skill mastery, etc.) — outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mesioye Exclusives is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
