Refund Policy

The rules below are a reasonable starting point for a digital course/cohort/mentorship business — review and adjust the specific windows/conditions to match what you actually want to offer before relying on this.
Self-paced courses
Full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you haven’t completed more than 20% of the course content. After that window, or past 20% completion, purchases are non-refundable.
Cohorts
Full refund if you cancel before the cohort’s start date. Once a cohort starts, it’s non-refundable — seats are capped and reserved for you specifically, which is why the window closes at the start date rather than partway through.
Mentorship
Full refund if no session has been scheduled yet. Once your first session is booked, mentorship is non-refundable.
Tools
Non-refundable once delivered/unlocked, since access can’t practically be "returned." If a tool doesn’t work as described, contact us — we’ll fix it or make it right.
How refunds happen
Email support@mesioyexclusives.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paystack and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first will result in immediate loss of access to the product in question.
